Differential housing
1. Remove the oil seal from the differential housing.

2. Press in the oil seal.
Apply Honda 1216 sealant to the clearance areas between the oil seal and the differential housing (4 areas).
Caution: Press the seal horizontally.
On the right side:
Press the seal flush with the cutouts in the housing (9 mm below the end of the differential housing).
On the left side:
Press the seal flush with the end of the differential housing.
Do not damage the seal lips with special tools.
3. Remove the oil seal from the differential torque distributor housing.
4. Using a special tool, press the seal flush with the edge of the differential housing.
Caution: Press the seal horizontally.
