I Preparation
1. Stop the vehicle on a flat, hard road, remove the on-board tool and spare wheel.
2. Apply the parking brake, support the wheel located on the diagonally opposite side of the punctured wheel on both sides, for example, with stones.
3. Put the spare tire under the car near the punctured tire (face up).
II Raising the vehicle with a jack
1. Install the jack (see above).
2. Use the wheel wrench to loosen the wheel nuts (turn approx. for 1 turn).
3. Rotate the jack to raise the vehicle until the tire is slightly off the ground.
III Changing a wheel
1. Loosen the wheel nuts, remove the cap and remove the wheel.
Note: If you are laying the wheel on the ground, point the front of the wheel up. If you put the wheel face down, the disc may be scratched.
2. Wipe contact surfaces of a nave and a disk of a spare wheel.
3. Install the spare wheel.
4. Tighten the nuts and lightly tighten them until they touch the hole seats and the wheel does not wobble.
5. Lower and remove the jack. Tighten the nuts in 2-3 passes in the sequence shown in the figure.
- Wheel nuts torque: 10.0-12.0 kgm
IV Installation of a punctured wheel
1. Cast wheel.
Remove the center cap from the punctured wheel.
2. Place the punctured wheel in place of the spare, turn the spacer upside down and secure the wheel.
V Installing the road wheel
1. Wipe the contact surfaces of the disc.
2. When installing the cap on a road wheel, align the notch on the cap with the air valve.
3. Tighten the nuts and lightly tighten them until they touch the hole seats and the wheel does not wobble.
4. Lower and remove the jack. Tighten the nuts in 2-3 passes in the sequence shown in the figure.
