Install the operating arm, wave washer onto the axle and secure them with a new U-clamp.
Apply Morikoto 44MA grease to the rubbing surfaces.
Crimp the U-clamp securely.
3. Connect the parking brake cable to the service lever.
4. Apply Morikoto 44MA grease to all rubbing surfaces.
Caution: Do not apply grease or oil to the friction lining surfaces.
5. Clean the threaded section of the regulator from dirt and evenly apply Morikoto 44MA grease to the threads.
Shorten the regulator as much as possible.
6. Install the regulator and spring B at the bottom of the pads.
7. Install the pads on the underside of the hub, install the lever spring and connecting lever on the pads.
8. Secure the brake pads to the support disc using the pad holders and pad holder springs.
9. Install springs A (2 pcs.), hooking them onto the pads and anchor bolt.
10. Install the brake drum/disc.
11. Install the rear brake caliper (see above).
12. Perform basic parking brake adjustment (see above).
