Note: Avoid scratching the body and adjacent components.
1. Remove the trim from the rear door (see above).
2. Disconnect the rear door lock switch connector and rear door lock actuator connector, then disconnect the cylinder rod.
3. Remove the bolts, then remove the rear door lock.
4. Disconnect the rear door release cable, then remove the rear door lock.
