a) Remove the inner roof lining.
b) Disconnect the sunroof control unit (A) from the "5P" connector (B).
c) Perform the check as shown in the table "Checking the operation of the sunroof electric drive".
If the result does not match the description, replace the sunroof control unit.

2. Checking the sunroof control switch.
a) Remove the front interior light and the local light.
b) Press the switch (A) and disconnect the "5P" connector (B).
c) Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown in the table.

3. Checking the sunroof electric drive.
a) Remove the inner roof lining.
b) Disconnect the "2P" (B) connector from the electric drive.
c) Apply battery voltage to terminals "1" and "2" and make sure that the motor rotates slowly.

4. Checking the sunroof open/close and raise/lower switch.
a) Remove the inner roof lining.
b) Disconnect the "2P" connector (C) from the electric drive, and the "4P" connector (D) from the switch.
c) Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown in the table.
If operation is not as described, replace the switch.
Note: Turn the motor manually using a wrench.

5. Checking the sunroof drive switch.
a) Remove the inner roof lining.
b) Disconnect the "2P" connector (B) from the switch (A).
c) Check the conductivity between the switch terminals in each hatch position, as shown in the table.
If the result is not as described, adjust or replace the switch.
Note: Turn the motor manually using a wrench.
