Component Locations (Honda Avancier 1)

Attention:

• During disassembly, do not use the top and bottom covers to store small parts.
• When installing the covers, remove any dirt with a cloth.
• Check for oil leaks from the crankshaft and camshaft seals and replace the seals if necessary.
• Use genuine Honda sealant 1216, 5699, 1216E or 5999.
• If the rubber seals were removed from the bottom cover, apply sealant to the grooves in the cover, install the seals and wipe away any excess sealant.
• When replacing the seal, clean the groove in the bottom cover, cut the rubber seal (from the repair kit) to the required length and install it so that the thickness is the same along the entire length.
