Checking the windshield wiper motor (Honda Avancier 1)

1. Remove the windshield wiper arms and scoop-type air intake (see below).

2. Disconnect the 5-pin connector from the windshield wiper motor.



3. Apply voltage from the battery to the terminals as shown in the figure and check whether the electric motor rotates smoothly without abnormal sounds.



If an abnormal sound is heard or the electric motor does not rotate smoothly, replace the electric motor.



The measurement is carried out using an analog tester (measurement range 0-15V).
