Removal
1. Pull up the 25-pin ABS control unit connector lock and disconnect the connector.
2. Disconnect 6 brake pipes.
3. Unscrew 2 nuts (6 mm).
4. Remove the modulator assembly.
Attention.
- Make sure that brake fluid does not come into contact with paintwork. If it does come into contact with paintwork, wash it off immediately with water.
- Do not damage or deform the brake pipes during removal and installation.
- To prevent brake fluid from leaking out, install plugs on the pipes.

Installation
1. Install the modulator assembly, screw in and tighten the 2 nuts (6 mm).
Insert the 4-sided heads of the mounting bolts into the slots of the bracket.
2. Connect 6 brake pipes.
Attention: Do not mix up the places where the tubes are connected.
3. Align the mating surfaces of the 25-pin ABS control unit connector and press it until it clicks into place.
4. Bleed the brake system.
Attention: Bleeding starts from the front wheels.
5. Start the engine and make sure that the ABS and brake system warning lights go out.
6. Perform a test drive and make sure that the ABS and brake system warning lights do not come on.
