Caution: Do not open the radiator cap when the engine is hot, as the coolant is under pressure and may spill out. After the coolant has cooled, cover the cap with a rag and open it slowly.
1. Install the 2-cap radiator tester on the cap, create pressure (until the valve opens) and check if the pressure is maintained for 6 seconds.

Caution: Apply coolant to the seal before installing the tester on the cover.
- Pressure: 93-123 kPa (0.95-1.25 kg/cm²)
2. If the valve opening pressure is abnormal or the pressure cannot be maintained, replace the radiator cap.
