Fuel filler door — position adjustment (Honda Avancier 1)

1. Loosen the hinge mounting bolts, then tighten them until the door stops moving on its own.

2. Adjust the gaps and levels by moving the door in and out, up and down.

3. Tighten the door mounting bolts.

4. Check if the door locks securely and opens smoothly.

5. Apply lubricant to the door lock, spring and hinge.


6. To prevent corrosion, apply paint to the hinge mounting bolts and to the hinge installation area on the body.
