Attention.
- You are working on a horizontal surface.
- If the door is being jacked up, place cloth and rubber pads between the door and the jack.
1. Adjust the door position.
Loosen the door mounting bolts, move the door towards the passenger compartment / outward and adjust the level between the door and the body.
Remove the front fender and loosen the hinge mounting bolts (when adjusting the front doors, see service manual no. 60S2X30). Move the door back and forth, up and down and adjust the gap between the door and the body.
By turning the door cushions, adjust the level between the rear edge of the door and the body.
2. Re-check the levels between the door and the body, the absence of sagging of the door and gaps.
3. Apply grease to all joints.
4. To prevent corrosion, apply paint to all hinge mounting bolts, door mounting bolts, and hinge mounting surfaces on the body and door.
