Attention.
- You are performing work on a horizontal section.
- If the door is supported by a jack, place cloth and rubber pads between the door and the jack.
1. Adjust the door position.
Loosen the door mounting bolts, move the door towards the interior/outside and adjust the level between the door and the body.
Remove the front fender and loosen the hinge mounting bolts (for adjusting the front doors, refer to Service Manual #60S2X30). Move the door back and forth, up and down, and adjust the gap between the door and the body.

By turning the door cushions, adjust the level between the rear edge of the door and the body.
2. Recheck the levels between the door and the body, the absence of door sagging and gaps.
3. Apply grease to all hinges.

4. To prevent corrosion, apply paint to all hinge mounting bolts, door mounting bolts, and hinge mounting surfaces on the body and door.
