Extracting the key
Set the automatic transmission selector lever to position P.
Press the key in position "I", turn the key to position "0" and remove it from the ignition switch.

After removing the key from the ignition switch, the steering wheel is locked.
If the automatic transmission selector lever is not in position P, it is impossible to turn the key to position "0" and remove it from the ignition switch.
Turning the key from position "0" to position "I"
To unlock the steering wheel, turn it slightly left and right while turning the key in the ignition switch.
Do not leave the ignition key in position "II" for a long time with the engine not running, as this may drain the battery.
Before you leave the vehicle, be sure to turn the ignition key to position "0".
Sound signal to remind you of a forgotten key in the ignition switch
The signal sounds if the key is in position "I" or "0" and you open the driver"s door.
