If you lift the lever up, the windshield wiper will operate at low speed while you hold the lever down. This mode is used during snowfall or light rain.

You can adjust the time interval in intermittent wiper mode.

The time interval is set by turning the ring.

Note:
  • The time interval in the intermittent mode changes depending on the vehicle speed. As the vehicle speed increases, the time interval in the intermittent mode decreases by approximately 4 seconds.
  • If you turn the ring all the way to the side to decrease the time interval, then as the vehicle speed increases, the windshield wiper switches from intermittent mode to continuous mode at low speed.
