MIST mode

If you lift the lever up, the windshield wiper will operate at low speed while you hold the lever down. This mode is used during snowfall or light rain.

Adjusting the time interval in intermittent mode

You can adjust the time interval in intermittent wiper mode.

The time interval is set by turning the ring.

Note:

• The time interval in the intermittent mode changes depending on the vehicle speed. As the vehicle speed increases, the time interval in the intermittent mode decreases by approximately 4 seconds.
• If you turn the ring all the way to the side to decrease the time interval, then as the vehicle speed increases, the windshield wiper switches from intermittent mode to continuous mode at low speed.

Windshield washer operation

If you pull the switch lever towards you, the windshield will be washed with liquid.

Rear window washer

Caution: In cold weather, do not wash the windows until they are warm, as the washer fluid may freeze on the windows.
