a) Remove the steering column cover.
b) Unscrew the two screws and remove the switch.
c) Perform the checks as shown in the table "Checking the windshield/rear window wiper control switch".
If the result does not match the description, replace the switch.
2. Checking and replacing the windshield/rear window washer control switch.
a) Remove the steering column cover.
b) Disconnect the "14P" connector (B) from the switch (A).
c) Unscrew the two screws and remove the switch.
d) Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position as shown in the table.

If the result does not match the description, replace the switch.
3. Checking the windshield wiper motor.
a) Remove the windshield wiper arm and air intake.
b) Disconnect the "5P" connector (B) from the electric motor (A).
c) Apply battery voltage to the terminals and make sure that the motor rotates slowly.
Note: Use an analog tester with a 10-15V scale.
If the result does not match the description, the motor rotates quickly and with a specific sound, replace it:

4. Checking the rear window wiper.
a) Remove the luggage compartment light.
b) Disconnect the "4P" (B) connector from the windshield wiper motor.
c) Connect the battery terminal to terminal "3" of the connector, and the "+" battery terminal to terminal "1". Make sure that the electric motor rotates slowly.
If the result does not match the description, replace the electric motor.
5. Checking the windshield washer electric drive.
a) Remove the right protective wing.
b) Disconnect the "2P" (B) connector from the windshield washer motor.
c) Connect the "+" terminal of the battery to terminal "1" and the "-" terminal of the battery to terminal "2". Make sure that the electric motor rotates slowly.
If the result does not match the description, replace the electric motor.
d) If the electric motor is normal, perform the following check item.
