Central instrument panel trim (Honda Fit 1)

1. Remove the glove box and lower panel on the passenger side.

2. Loosen the screw (A), release the clips (B) and clamps (C), and remove the lower center trim cover.

3. (Except for right-hand drive model with CVT) Disconnect the climate control system connector (D).

4. Disconnect the wires (A and B) from the glove box side and the wire (C) from the lower panel side on the passenger side as shown in the figure.

5. Remove the two bolts (A) from the driver's side lower panel.

Tightening torque - 5 Nm

6. Disconnect the clamps (B and C).

7. Disconnect the climate control system connector (D), heater connector (E), radio connector (F), and navigation system antenna connector (G, and H) (except for right-hand drive models without navigation system).

8. Remove the harness clips (I) and remove the center trim (A).
