Opening the hood
1. Pull the hood release located in the lower right corner near the driver's seat.
2. The hood lid lifts slightly. Pull the lever and lift the lid.
Caution: Do not open the hood with the windshield wiper arm raised, as this may scratch the hood or damage the windshield wiper.
3. Secure the lid with a stand.
Closing the hood
1. Remove the end of the stand from the hole and fix it in the clamp.
2. Slowly lower the lid, then remove your hands.
Make sure the hood is closed tightly.
Note:
- During strong winds the stand may jump out of the socket. Be careful.
- If the hood is not closed tightly, it may open while the car is moving, which will lead to unpredictable consequences. Before driving, be sure to make sure that the hood is closed tightly.
