Attention.
- Do not damage the body or removed components.
- Wear gloves when working.
Do the work with an assistant.
When using a screwdriver, protect the components with protective tape or cloth. Also, wrap the screwdriver with tape so as not to damage the components.
Remove the taillights (see chapter Electrical equipment) and remove the components shown in the illustration in the numbered order.
When installing the bumper, first secure the side bumper spacers to the body, then install the bumper on the latches. Complete the installation in the reverse order of removal.
- Install the bumper so that there are no steps relative to the body and lights.
- Check the clamps for damage and replace them if necessary.
