Capacitor — removal and installation (Honda Avancier 1)

Caution: If the engine is hot, allow it to cool before operating.


1. Discharge the refrigerant.

2. Remove the front grille, see chapter Body.

3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the right and left upper radiator brackets.

3. Unscrew the bolts and remove the right and…


4. Loosen the bolts, then disconnect the outlet hose and condenser tube.

Caution: After disconnecting, seal the holes with plugs.




5. Remove the bolts, press down on the radiator from the engine side, remove the upper brackets and condenser mounts, then remove the condenser.

Caution: Do not damage the radiator core and condenser.


6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
  • Replace the O-rings of the tubes with new ones and lubricate them with compressor oil (ND-OIL8) before installation.
  • Do not damage the radiator core and condenser.
  • After installation, check the operation of the air conditioner.
